Checked in online at 3:20 and it said the wait was 25 minutes, come in at 3:45. It said there was going to be a little wait but it turned out to be a lot more than a little wait. We were finally called at 4:34 to have my daughters hair cut. 2 separate groups of people walked in after us and got their hair cut while we waited.... only 3 people cutting hair. Terry was with a customer that was getting something special done but had to wait while solution was in the lady's hair. Why couldn't Terry cut hair while waiting for the other customer to finish her 25 minute wait???? Terry is loud by he way. Her voice just pierces through the shop. Very disappointed on service and speed. I checked in online to avoid a 49 minute wait.
I'm not going to be coming back here. Made an appointment for a simple haircut in the evening and they made me wait more than 1 hour, didn't even bother to help and kept getting distracted and walking over to other people.

My mom Trena went to Athena for a hair color correction, due to an upscale salon messing it up. Athena corrected the color by removing the ash and adding brown lowlights. She was charged 1/2 the price from that of the upscale salon. All the girls here are very sweet and professional. I love this Supercuts!
