We have been trying for 5 months to correct errors on our account unfortunately made by the local store. We are not getting a responsible persons at Customer Care to assist. Local office needs to take responsibility and help us get this resolved.

My experience in this store was horrible last night. I went to upgrade my phone and was told I can have a certain promotion for Iphone users. I asked for help to back up my stuff since I was going to get a new phone and they told me that I should go to it somewhere else because their Wi Fi sucks. Well I left and came back 2 hours later while I am trying to figure this out on my own only to find out the guy who helped me gave me wrong information about the promotion and told me I could not do it. I am very frustrated because I live in Salt Lake and this took well over 3 hours to come in and have them say they gave me false information? This is ridiculous and unprofessional because my time is valuable!

Stay away! They will sign you up for promotions they're not even running anymore... then they refuse to honor them. When you come by to talk to them they'll tell you to call customer service because they can't do anything from their end. Customer service will then tell you that only the guys in the store can assist you. When you go back the manager will be too busy taking personal calls to speak with you and the assistant manager will tell you he'll look into it and to call him back in a week. When you call him back he will be too busy with customers to speak with you (even after 3 triespecially over a 4 hour period). He will put someone else on the phone to tell you there is nothing that can be done about the fact that they offered you an expired promotion. My cell phone bill was $280 dollars the first month and I was quoted $150. They told me my "credits" would show up on my second bill and that I would receive double to make up for the fact that none showed up on my first bill. 2nd bill is here and that was also a lie big surprise! I could go on and on.

Was charged $320 on my bill for a Bluetooth speaker that I was told was free because of upgrading my plan. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible store! We upgraded at this store biggest mistake ever made. They lost a phone we traded in and when I call to try to resolve the issue all I get is the run around. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!
