Worst place to buy anything, I wouldn't recommend my retarded neighbor to buy a vehicle from here if I hated them. Terrible people here definitely won't be coming back.
The very next day I took it back talking of a noise he said he didn't notice it and he sent me to his transmission guy no problems there turns out it has a blown head gasket .a couple days later I used the back door, it doesn't stay shut all the time Saftey issue for sure. Then when trying to close door the poor window comes off regulator.I told these guys I was in a bad way that I needed something reliable because I would be living in it till things turned around. I'm unemployed living in car that has a blown head gasket. Way to build a good reputation ST Auto. No .ca)s when they said they would when regulator came in back door alone is a Saftey especially when little lids ride in back I want my money back. I will report to bbb
I bought a beautiful older red dodge ram pick up from ST Auto. Kyler was great. Very professional. After driving off the lot with the "as is" vehicle I noticed some problems. Passenger mirror was broken, passenger window wouldn't roll down, a few other minor issues. I called back, spoke with Skylar who quickly agreed to fix the issues. Brought the truck back in, left it there for a few days and Skylar did what he said he would do. He didn't have to, with it being an as is purchase. He knows that's just good business and I very much appreciated his professionalism. Thanks Again! Love my truck!!
I bought a used Honda Odyssey from this dealership a couple of weeks ago. The van seemed ok considering the age and mileage. A few things I knew I'd need to address. But problem after problem keeps happening. The slider door that sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, the brake lights that suddenly stopped working, the brakes have issues (pedal to the floor!), and just yesterday the passenger window fell off its tracks! What next? The buying process was fine, and I feel I got a fair deal, but have never had these sorts of problems all at once on any used vehicle I've ever purchased. Live and learn.
